Grounds for Termination
Failure to abide by the Rules and Regulations may subject one to suspension and/or termination. Enrollment may be terminated at the discretion of the school administrator for : non-conformance with the general policies or principles of conduct, non-conformance with the State Board Regulations or Enrollment Agreement, not maintaining Satisfactory Progress or educational requirements according to the guidelines. A withdrawal fee of $100.00 will be assessed to any students who withdraw or are terminated.
Students have a duty to clock out when they leave school. If the school finds out that a student did not clock out, the first time students have to stop their study for 3 days; the second time students have to stop their study in a month; the third time students will be dismissed from our school. However, students still have to pay the cancellation fee.
Graduation Requirements
Students must complete the program hours as designated by the Texas Department of License and Regulation, complete all assignments, and pass all tests. Students must pass both the written and practical exit exams with a grade of 75% or higher. The student must have satisfied all financial obligations to the college. The student will then be presented with a diploma.
Placement/ Employment Assistance
Assistance is provided to students and graduates at no charge. Under Federal Law, the school is prohibited from guaranteeing employment. Jobs are posted on the student bulletin board. Academic, career and personal advising are available to all students. The school has a dress code, rules and regulations which the student must follow.

Additional terms
Applicants may gain admission by paying the appropriate tuition and fees or by making arrangements for deferred payments, scholarship, or financial aid. There is no interest charged for deferred payments. All tuition and fees due must be paid prior to graduation. If the school closes permanently and is no longer offering instruction after the student is enrolled, the student shall be entitled to a pro-rata refund to tuition; if a course is canceled subsequent to a student's enrollment, the school shall have the option of providing a refund of all monies paid or providing completion of the course.
Cancellation, Settlement and Refund Policy
Beauty Models School shall maintain a cancellation and settlement policy that provides a full refund of money paid by a student less kit fee if the student cancels the enrollment agreement or contract after signing the contract within three business days, or entered into the enrollment agreement or contract because of a misrepresentation made in the advertising or promotional materials of the Beauty Model School.
If a student cancels after signing the contract, prior to starting class but after the expiration of the cancellation period, he/she will be entitled to a fund refund less the registration fee of 100 USD plus a kit fee provided to the student.
If a student withdraws or is terminated before completion of the course, any unused part of tuition will be refunded minus withdrawal fee of 100 USD and kit fee. The effective date of termination will be determined by the last day of physical attendance, if the student is terminated by the school. If a written notice of withdrawal is received, the refund effective date will be determined by the postmark. If hand delivered, the date the school administrator receives the notice will be used as an effective withdrawal date. For breakdown of unused portion of tuition refund, please see chart below.
A student on an approved leave of absence notifies the school that he/she will not be returning. The date of withdrawal will be determined by the school, using the earliest of the dates; the last date of the leave of absence, or the date the student notifies the school.
ALL fees which students use to pay for kits or equipment (value of $400 for cosmetology kit, $100 for manicurist kit) will not be refunded. The school shall pay a refund owed, no later than 30 days after the official withdrawal date. If fail to do so, school shall pay interest on the amount of refund for the period beginning the first day after the date the refund period expires and ending the day preceding the date the refund is made.
For the purpose of this refund policy, enrollment time is the time elapsed between the enrollment date and the last date the student physically attended class. Below are the length of all courses offered by our college.

If a student voluntarily withdraw or is terminated after completing 50% of the course, the student my reenter at anytime during the 48-month period following the date of withdrawal or termination
If a course is canceled subsequent to a student enrollment, and before instruction in the course has begun, the school shall consider its options: (a) provide a full refund of all monies paid; or (b) provide completion of the course.
If the school closes permanently and is no longer offering instruction, the student shall be entitled to a pro-rata refund of tuition. If a course is cancelled subsequent to a student's enrollment, the school shall have the option of providing a refund of all monies paid or providing completion of the course.
I AGREE TO APPLY MYSELF AND FOLLOW ALL RULES AND REGULATIONS OF THE SCHOOL. I UNDERSTAND THAT IN ORDER TO GRADUATE AND BE ELIGIBLE FOR THE PSI EXAM, I MUST COMPLETE THE INDICATED COURSE HOURS OF INSTRUCTION AND LABORATORY PRACTICE AND COMPLETE A MINIMUM NUMBER OF PRACTICAL APPLICATIONS, AS DESIGNATED BY THE TEXAS DEPARTMENT OF LICENSE AND REGULATION INTERNAL POLICIES.
All Title IV funds will be returned according to the guidelines set forth by the U.S Department of Education. Any holder of this agreement is subjected to all claims and defense which a debtor can assert against a seller. Recovery here under by the debtor is limited to the amount actually paid by the debtor to the school.
I acknowledge that I have read and understand this contract in its entirety, and that I have received a copy of this contract and all blank spaces have been filled in to my satisfaction.
This registration contract meets state and federal truth-in-lending requirements.
(The three pages of this agreement constitutes the Enrollment Contract of Beauty Models. The company reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to change, modify, add, or remove portions or all of these terms at any time. Please check this agreement periodically for changes. The policies, regulations, procedures and freedoms in this contract are subject to change without prior notice, if necessary, to keep Beauty Models School policies in compliance with state and federal laws and/or with rules and regulations of the TDLR.
SCHOOL POLICY

School's students have the responsibility to clock in when on school grounds, and clock out when off campus.

All students need to put on their uniforms while on campus. The uniform purpose is to protect the students from getting hurt from chemicals and sharp objects. If you do not comply with the uniform rule assigned; the school will not be held responsible for any incident related.

All students are responsible to clean up their station after practices, services, and before they clock out for the day.

All students need to follow the training schedule of their instructors.

Students need to stay in their station based on the program they enrolled in.

All services will end at 4:00 PM, except for haircuts only. This includes charged or uncharged services.

Free haircut and nail services for students, family members or friends can only be performed on Friday. (this does not include free supply needed for the services).

Students with children need to keep their children in the waiting area and under supervision at all times.

Exam study room is only for students that want to study for the written exam. No friend or relative is allowed inside the room.

No cell phones, foods, or drinks are allowed in all classrooms.

No students are allowed to perform coloring in any room besides the hair station.

Hair color or highlight bleach are only free for mannequin.

Dirty towels need to be put correctly into the Dirty Towel Container.

All students with remaining balance on their tuition need to make monthly payments on time. If payment is not made after 30 days of due date, the student will be dropped out of the school system and TDLR.

Any student with financial difficulty needs to let the school know so we can work out a payment plan for you.
Sanitation will be the most important priority of Beauty Models School.
Any student who fails to comply with the following school policies will result in disciplinary actions.
